Brown wins District 23 Senate primary
With 77.63% of the county’s votes, Corey Brown was elected the Republican candidate for the District 23 Senate seat during Tuesday’s primary election. With an overall 56% voter turnout, Brown defeated Tom Hackl of Hoven in five of the six county precincts. Potter County’s precincts and the area they cover are 23-Gettysburg, 25-Lebanon, 26-Gettysburg, 27-Gettysburg, 35-Hoven, 36-Tolstoy.
