As of Wednesday morning, rain totals in Gettysburg hovered right around the four inch mark. Three of those inches came in a storm overnight on Saturday. While much of the moisture has been sucked into the soil, the big rain cause some damage to the basement at the manor in Gettysburg over the weekend, causing a section of it to collapse. There was no danger to the residents at the manor, and crews are working to correct the problem.
