Girls take first at invitational in Miller April 30
The Potter County girls won the track title and the boys took second during the Jimmy Rearick Invitational, hosted by Wolsey-Wessington on Tuesday, April 30 in Miller.
Wolsey-Wessington earned 86.5 points to win the boys’ title, with Potter County taking second with 82 points. Herreid-Selby Area was third at 74, followed by James Valley Christian at 59 and Highmore-Harrold at 52.
Potter County earned 106 points to beat Sully Buttes to capture the girls’ title. Sully Buttes had 97 points, with third going to James Valley Christian at 77.5. Miller was fourth at 72 and Herreid Selby was fifth at 62.
