BOARD MEETING
OCTOBER 7, 2013
Monthly town board meeting was called to order by President Jim McRoberts at 8:04pm. Present were board members Kilian, Lower, McRoberts, Simon and Trudo. Also present were Jan Oaks, Steve Smith and Hazel McRoberts.
By a motion of Kilian, second by Lower, minutes of the September 9, 2013 meeting were read and approved with 2 corrections. Motion passed.
By a motion of Kilian, second by Trudo, bills were approved for payment as follows. Motion passed.
Bills Payable Liquor Account: Jan Oaks (September Wages) $1,182.90; Hazel McRoberts (September Wages) 669.76; Linda McRoberts (September Wages) 686.50; Hageman’s Food Fair 372.05; Northwest Beverage Inc. 1,361.45; Lebanon Bar-Petty Cash (Pop and Schwan’s) 95.47; Pepsi 400.14; Coca Cola 273.60;

Old Business: By a motion of Kilian, second by Lower the 2nd reading of the Budget Appropriations for 2014 was agreed upon. Motion passed.
With there being no further business to discuss, meeting was adjourned at 9:14pm by a motion of Simon, second by Trudo. Motion passed.
Next monthly meeting will be held on November 9th at 8pm.
