The Potter County Lady Battlers went the distance to defeat the Sully Buttes Lady Chargers during volleyball action at home on Oct. 1.
The match went to a tie breaking fifth set when the Lady Battlers won the first two and the Onida opponents took the next pair. The Lady Battlers moved their win-loss record up another notch to 13 and 3 so far on the season.
They played Herreid-Selby at home on Tuesday, and host the Battler Tournament on Saturday starting at 10 a.m. Next week they host Cheyenne-Eagle Butte on Oct. 15, and hit the road on Oct. 17 for Mellette to take on Northwestern. The week night matches start at 6:30 p.m.
