Potter County Commissioner Delvin Worth (left) was elected president of the South Dakota Association of County Commissioners at the annual meeting in Spearfish last week. He has served on the state board of directors for the organization during the past six years, where he has also assumed the roles of both second and first vice president. In his position as president, he will represent the organization at regional board meetings across the state and will travel to Washington, DC to meet with South Dakota’s congressional representatives to share concerns regarding issues faced by the state’s county commissions.
