Monthly meeting was called to order by President James McRoberts at 8pm. Present were board members Kilian, Lembke, McRoberts, Simon and Trudo. Also present were Janice Oaks, Steve Smith, Connie Kiernan, Jim Lembke and Hazel McRoberts.
Reading of the unapproved minutes from the May 4, 2018 meeting were gone over. By a motion of Kilian/2nd by Trudo, minutes were approved as read with 1 correction. Motion passed.
Reading of the bills payable for the end of May and current bill for the month of June were gone over. By a motion of Kilian/2nd by Lembke, bills were approved for payment as follows. Motion passed.

Bar Business: Monthly Round Up will be on Friday June 29th at 7:30pm. Inventory will be taken on Monday July 2nd at 10am.
Old Business: Town Wide Clean Up was discussed. This will be for residents of LEBANON only. Please place any metal and whites such as old lawn mowers, radiators and refrigerators and freezer by the curb side by the 7th of June. If you need assistance with moving something please call the Longbranch and let them know so they can make a list for the town maintenance personal.
New Business: After discussion by a motion of Trudo/2nd by Simon, John Simon will be contacted on putting in a cement pad for the new generator. Motion Passed. State and condition of the flags at the town park were discussed. By a motion of Kilian/2nd by Lembke 6 American flags and 4 SD State flags will be purchased and kept at the Longbranch so they can be accessible and replaced when the old ones become tattered. Motion Passed.
With there being no further business to discuss, by a motion of Simon/2nd by Trudo, meeting was adjourned at 9:38pm. Motion Passed. Next monthly meeting will be held on July 9th at 8pm.
