Wind blows up call to firemen

The Gettysburg Volunteer Firefighters were called out early Saturday morning when the wind blew up some sparks in an alley in town.
The firemen were dispatched around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday to the west alley behind Potter Street. According to Officer Nick Bratland of the Gettysburg Police Department, the wind blew a branch onto the power line in the alley causing it to spark.
There were no other reports of damage as a result of the storm.
